Transaction History

In May 2023, the client sought a custom single girder crane solution for their Michigan workshop. Yuantai proposed a 1-ton single girder overhead crane with electric chain hoist, designed for ASME B30.16-compliant Class A3 duty cycles. After rigorous evaluation of load capacity, voltage compatibility (220V/60Hz/3-phase), and pricing, the client initially ordered 2 hoists for quality testing.

The customer's team made a detailed evaluation of our solution, design parameters and price, and was very satisfied with the product and price. The customer's factory already have 137 units bridge cranes in operation now, and he needs our cost-effective lifting solution to improve productivity. Since it is the first time to cooperate, the client is more cautious. He proposed to buy 2 units electric chain hoist first as a trial order to test the quality of the products.

After many months of use, the customer contacted us again in 2024 to purchase ten hoists.
