The customer's company is a leader in the American truck industry. Over the past few decades, from a small workshop in a garage to an industry leader, his enterprise has been on the road to forge ahead, influencing and changing thousands of enterprises and families. First Order

In May 2021, we established a relationship with a customer who needs a single girder bridge machine in their workshop. According to the working conditions, Yuantai Crane designed a solution of traditional single girder bridge crane equipped with electric chain hoist.

The customer's team made a detailed evaluation of our solution, design parameters and price, and was very satisfied with the product and price. The customer's factory already have 137 units bridge cranes in operation now, and he needs our cost-effective overhead crane to improve productivity.

Since it is the first time to cooperate, the client is more cautious. He proposed to buy 2 units electric chain hoist first as a trial order to test the quality of the products. Later, the customer's order was adjusted to 10 units electric chain hoist. The hoist parameters are as follows:

• Travelling electric chain hoist(Electric chain hoist with electric trolley )
• 1T-5M 2T-5M; 220V 60Hz 3Phase
• Fixed electric chain hoist(Hook type electric chain hoist):
• 1T-5M; 220V 60HZ 3Phase

Everything went smoothly. The customer is satisfied with the quality of this batch of electric chain hoists.

Second Order

In March 2022, the customer contacted us again and told us that he was going to continue his plan to purchase single girder bridge cranes. We have redesigned and quoted according to the customer's new working conditions (compared with the previous ones, there are minor adjustments). Specific design parameters as below:
