1. Lifting Capacity

We size cranes to match the loads you lift every day. For our 1–20 ton single girder models, we recommend specifying the heaviest regular load and the heaviest occasional load. We then build in a safety margin so the crane isn't pushed to its limits. This protects equipment and people, and it helps you avoid premature wear.

2. Span and Lifting Height

Designed to fit your facility's dimensions. We can customize the span to align with your building's width and lifting height to accommodate vertical clearance requirements, ensuring the crane operates efficiently without interfering with existing structures or equipment.

3. Control Systems

Choice between pendant, remote, or cabin controls. The handheld control is easy to operate and very suitable for short distance work. Wireless remote control offers more flexible control while providing you with a safer way to do so. If you are using the remote control, you can operate it while watching the load move. The range of remote control is usually within a hundred meters. Cabin control gives a full workspace view and is best for long shifts or precise positioning. All options include emergency stop and safety interlocks.

4. Color and Finish

We offer finishes that protect and promote your brand. Industrial-grade coatings such as powder coat and epoxy primers resist corrosion, moisture, and UV. For coastal sites or chemical exposure, we specify thicker, corrosion-resistant systems. You can also choose your company colors for a professional look.

We include overload protection, phase-loss detection, and smooth-start features when needed. All systems are selected for reliability and easy integration with your controls.

6. Dual Hoist Lifting

Dual hoists let you lift long or awkward loads more safely. The hoists can run independently or together for tandem lifts. This improves balance and reduces load swing on long parts. We size and synchronize the hoists, and recommend appropriate rigging and operator training for tandem operations.

Optional weight indicator to accurately detect the weight of the lifting load; optional display for easy viewing of the loaded weight. This feature enhances operational safety by helping prevent overloads and supports process control where load tracking is essential.

Features

This single-girder overhead crane combines a lower overall height, a lighter structure, reduced wheel pressure, and a very compact footprint. Each change cuts a different cost — construction, installation, maintenance, or lost floor space.

1. Low height

The crane's overall height is 20–25% lower than traditional designs. That lower headroom means you can fit the crane into existing buildings with less modification. You may not need to raise the roof or build higher supports. That saves on construction costs and shortens installation time. It also makes planning easier when your workshop has limited vertical clearance.

2. Light weight

The structure weighs about 20–30% less than older models. Less steel in the crane lowers shipping and handling effort. It also means you can often use a lighter runway and smaller foundation. For you, that translates into lower upfront construction costs and simpler installation. A lighter crane can also be easier to service and may use less electrical power during operation.

3. Small wheel pressure

Maximum wheel pressure drops by roughly 15–20%. Lower wheel loads put less stress on runway beams and rails. That reduces the chance of deformation and cuts long-term maintenance. You may be able to avoid expensive runway reinforcement or frequent rail repairs. Overall, lower wheel pressure tends to extend the life of your building's lifting infrastructure.

4. Extremely small size

The crane's limit dimensions are compact, so it occupies less room overhead and on the runway. That increases usable floor space under and around the crane. 1. Multi-speed Adjustment Function

The crane is equipped with both low-speed and high-speed modes. Operators can switch between speeds depending on the nature of the load and the precision required. 2. Electric Anti-Sway

Main Components

A single-beam bridge crane consists of several structural and mechanical parts that work together to move loads efficiently. Among these, the main beam, end beam, and hoist are core components.

It is usually constructed from either rolled I-beams or welded box sections, depending on load requirements and design specifications. The end beam is positioned at both ends of the main beam and plays a structural and functional role. It connects the main beam to the traveling mechanism and supports the wheels that engage with the runway rails. This configuration enables the crane to move horizontally along the working area.
