1. Bridge

The bridge forms the backbone of the semi gantry crane, comprising the main girder, upper and bottom beams, landing legs, and ladder landing.

Main Girder

  • Acts as the main load-bearing structure and runway for the electric hoist.
  • Constructed from welded U-steel and I-beam using Q235B or Q345B steel (equivalent to Fe37 or Fe52).
  • Features a precise camber (F) ratio of 1/10001/1000 to 1.4/10001.4/1000, with the highest camber at the center of the span (S/10S/10).
  • Ensures safety with bumpers at both ends of the girder to prevent the hoist trolley from overtraveling.
  • Designed to maintain a full-load natural frequency of no less than 2 Hz when the hoist is centered.

Upper and Bottom Beams

2. Crane Traveling Mechanism
