How is the crane solution & designed?
Step1: Needs Analysis
After consulting, we determine the other party's usage needs, determine the load capacity, span, environment and work cycle. Ensure that existing production capacity can meet customer production needs.
Step2: Preliminary CAD Design
Our engineers can produce drawings or 3D drawings quickly using drafting software. We will deliver the drawings to you for your review. From the drawings, you can see the individual components of the crane as well as the individual parameter requirements.
Step3: Design Iteration & QA
After waiting for the customer's confirmation, we will adjust the design again according to the customer's needs and then arrange the production. During the production process, we will strictly comply with the production standards and use high quality steel materials as well as advanced laser cutting machines and other production equipment for production. Upon completion of production, our quality inspectors will conduct a dimensional quality check using a 3D laser scanner to verify critical crane data. In addition to this, if you have a need for testing, we will arrange for various tests such as load, lift and other tests to be carried out.
